Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Turlock, CA | Shift: Swing | Status: Exempt | Job ID: 19735

Essential Job Functions

1. Operational planning & results - maximize equipment availability utilizing all resources available including effective utilization of PM and work order program.
2. Safety Awareness – develop and maintain safe working practices and an active accident prevention program.
3. Organization relationships – establish and maintain good employee relations; monitor and review employee performance, effectively communicate with employees.
4. Employee development – encourage and enable employees to attend appropriate courses. Develop and maintain an effective cross training program.
5. Self – development – participate in personnel training programs, Personal development seminars, attend trade shows. Computer skills including CMMS and work order systems, time keeping and Microsoft office.

Requirements

1. B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Five years maintenance experience, of which at least two are in a production environment.
3. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
4. Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
